A bug in the new Android 14 release may cause problems when logging into the KleverKey app.
The reason for this is an error with the forwarding of the login information from the browser back to the KleverKey app (see link).
We are currently testing a beta release of the KleverKey App for Android, which should work around this Android issue.
Please let us know your Google Email if you want to install this beta release.
It is expected that a new Android release will fix this issue and will be compatible with the current KleverKey version.
Alternatively, you can temporarily use the KleverKey WebApp (https://portal.kleverkey.com/account/permissions) on your smartphone if the authorization for a lock allows remote opening. Your administrator can provide you with information on this.
The KleverKey locks can also be opened via smartcard, key fob or with another smartphone.
