Connect resavio with KleverKey

It only takes a few clicks to connect the hotel booking software resavio to KleverKey. This article describes the necessary steps:

In the KleverKey portal

1. Log in to the portal as an admin and generate a new API key under User->API Key and copy it to the clipboard. Note: Ideally, a separate user with admin rights should be created for use only for the integration.
2. Under Organization->Settings, read/note the organization ID.

In the resavio portal

1. In Settings->Plugins, activate KleverKey by entering the API key and the organization ID.
2. Under Settings->Access control, select “KleverKey” as the provider.
3. In the settings for the rooms/rental units, select the appropriate door.
4. If there is a shared door, it can be entered under Settings->Plugins->KleverKey so that all guests can open it.

To use “WebKeys,” the “Self-Service” module is required, as guests can open the doors via the self-service area.
