We always strive to supply you with flawless goods. Unfortunately, incorrect deliveries or returned goods can never be completely ruled out.

In order to ensure smooth processing, we would like to inform you below about our return guidelines and repair conditions for the return of goods.

Return procedure

• Complete the form under www.kleverkey.com/rma (one form per commission)
• A form will be sent by E-Mail. Please print out the form and enclose to the consignment of goods (in the case of several transactions per consignment, please clearly allocate the return form to the corresponding goods).
