KleverKey stores all lock openings by users or by time control and displays them on various pages.
This allows an administrator to display all activities (Organization->Events) or those of a specific lock (Hardware->Locks->[Lock name]->Events) or a specific user (Organization->User->[User name]->Events).
Filters can be used to filter various activities (e.g. only lock openings etc).
Events are only stored for 3 months. If the data is to be analyzed further back, the activities can be manually written to a CSV file using the button in the upper right corner and stored locally.
Alternatively, each opening event can also be forwarded to another cloud service via a webhook. To do this, a webhook must be set up in KleverKey (via Organization->Webhooks) and this webhook must then be received in this additional service.
Example with Zapier (www.zapier.com) and Google Sheets:
- Set up a Zapier account and create a webhook
- Set up a webhook in KleverKey and copy the webhook URL from Zapier
- If necessary, process the data in Zapier and write it to a Google Sheet
