Remove old phone

Each User can only use the KleverKey app with one phone. To log in to the app with a new phone, the old one must first be removed.

This is done in the KleverKey portal by the user himself.

• Log in to Portal. (same Login as in the App)
• Click on your Username in the top right corner.
• Open Phones & Cards.
• Select your old phone and click on "remove".

Now you can log in to your new phone.
