KleverKey Lock QR-Code lost

This article shows how to add a lock to an organization when the QR code on the lock packaging is no longer found.

Cylinder

• Open the battery compartment (see battery change mode)
• Read lock ID (marked red below)

Door handle

• Open the battery compartment (see battery change)
• Read lock ID (marked red below)

Reader

• Turn over the reader and read ID

• Sign in to the KleverKey Portal
• Naviate to "Hardware" -> "Locks"
• Click on the "plus icon" in the lower right corner and select "Add lock".
• Enter lock ID and name
