If your organization manages many users and locks you can use access groups to simplify permission management.
Each user of an access group will receive the same permission. As soon as a permission is managed by an access group, it isn't possible to modify the permission directly.
An organization can manage some permissions via access groups and the other permissions directly, but this isn't recommend!
Add access group
To add a new access group go to acccess groups and select the + button.
Enter a descriptive name and select the locks and users for which you want to grant the same permission. Then adjust the permission details and select "Add".
After adding an access group, permissions will be granted and synchronized with the locks in the background. This process usually takes a couple of seconds, but can also take longer if the load on the servers is high.
Edit access group
To edit an access group go to acccess groups and select "Edit" for the access group that you want to edit.
Change anything that you want and select "Save".
