Meaning: WiFi data set, but no connection to WiFi
Possible cause 1: The network data was not entered correctly when configuring the gateway
- Under SSID the network name must be entered and in the second field the password of the network. Reset the gateway to enter the data again. To do this, you must press the reset button for 5 seconds.
Possible cause 2: The WiFi is not strong enough to be received at the mounting location of the gateway
- Move WiFi router closer to gateway
- Install WiFi amplifier between gateway and router
- Move gateway closer to WiFi (in doing so, do not move it too far from the connected locks, otherwise this connection will fail)
Possible cause 3: It is not a pure 2.4 GHz network but a dual network 2.4 GHz/5 GHz
The gateway cannot connect to some WiFi routers that provide a 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz WiFi network with the same network names for both frequencies.
- Use different network names for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz network

Possible cause 2: The included power supply unit was not used
- Put the gateway into operation with the included power supply unit
Possible cause 3: The socket into which the power supply is plugged does not work
